Subject: CDA Bike Course Elevation Change?
I've seen the course profile on the NAS website, but wondering if someone can tell me what the total elevation gain is. I'm scheduling some long hill rides for the coming weeks and trying to duplicate the course as much as possible locally.

2112 Ft of Climbing per lap according to the elevation profile.

Why was I thinking it was going to be 5000 per lap? 

It could be that the USGS elevation data that BT is using is a bit flawed. It could also be that what you were seeing the 5,000 Ft number applied to the whole course. (Both Laps)
