I on the other hand have had a mixed bag... putting on 2.6lb in the last week rather than losing the last 1lb I needed for my weight goal. However, in terms of fitness I've started cycling mountains. I've also managed to shave 30 minutes off my previous best time on a regular route. So this month has also seen some huge gains, where last month I was languishing behind, now I am the one waiting for my friends at the tops of hills. Personally I'd place overall health and fitness over a number on a scale to obsess over so I'm happy with my significant gains this month in strength and endurance despite being a failure in this weight thread.
