I've heard, and I think it was from someone involved in one of his training groups or maybe met him at a seminar or something, that he recommends shorter intervals for people who have been coming off of injuries. And it sounds like he was coming off of an injury. Upthread it was mentioned that he's revising some of the ratio recommendations for an upcoming book.
