Yeah what a great finish. Macca looks spent! He ran his arse off! Great race and one long day for me. Friggin 8 hours in front of a computer on a Saturday! Who said I wasn't dedicated?!

The bike splits for NORMAN is just insanity. 27MPH....smokin....

26 mph but still very veRY VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Dumpster is looking really strong. If he can keep it together, he has an outside chance of breaking 12 hours...which is crazy for a 1st IM in Kona no less. Anything in the 12 hour range is awesome. And if I had to bet, he will definitely be in the 12s.
