Once you locate your profile it's the same process as before with the same size requirements.

I can delete the old photo but when I upload new photo it shows the old photo??

I had problems in the old site with this too. I had to clear the cache - often times it was just hitting F5 key

Felt under the weather this morning so I postponed the run until this evening.  Got 4 miles in on the treadmill at the gym.

Ok, I think I figured out a goal of 2 hours and 30 min of swimming a week or 600 min for the month.

I'm in!

I finally got my self on the board. Running is going well, my swim needs work. I started a swim group with some friends to keep me on track. My goal is 65 miles of running which should be ok. Swimming is 2 hours and 40 min of swimming a week or 580 min for the month. I started swim class on Sept 7th. I HAVE to get through one month of consistent swimming! I am determined to get it done and this challenge is going to make me do it!

Nice one Lovey and Trigal!

40 mins in the pool for me this morning. A little closer to my goal

Nice job, keep it up! An hour for me today.

We will have to hold down the fort!

I hope to get a run in at lunch. It will have to be on the TM though, it is hot already here and the tourons are out all over the place. Usually things settle down a bunch here in September, during the week at least. Without any sidewalks or even side of the road, running is just not safe while folks are driving and watching the scenery at the same time.

I imagine it would be like running at Niagara Falls but in my neck of the woods we have no tourists at all so it is generally safe

I can't blame them for looking at the scenery, it is nice if they TRY to stay on the road at the same time. That is why I do not bike around here much.

Got in a very hot 3 mile run this morning. I'm at 35% of my goal on the run team and on track to be right at 50% on the 15th.   This challenge is really helping me stay consistent with my running.

I does make a difference. I went to the development masters class. The mid week class has a different instructor. I had such a GREAT swim!
If you look at my last 2 swims, I didn't get a lot of yardage. One was the first day so lots of demonstration and breathing drills. The second day, I swam with friends and spent too much time talking. BUT tonight, I did nothing else but swim. I just kept doing whatever the coach said and periodically she stopped me to either correct my form or give me a compliment. I swam 1500 yards!!! Unbelievable! I know many of you can swim that but I have never gotten that far in the workout. I felt great. I am going to rock this swim challenge.

I just noticed you are doing the MCM 10K this year. My husband and I are doing the marathon (it will be our first), though I am thinking of dropping back to the 10K if it is possible since my training has sucked for running so far.

I'm jealous you two! I am almost always by myself in the pool or sharing a lane with some old dude who uses a snorkel. Not very motivating for speed work if I'm worried I'm going to splash his snorkel out of his mouth . My fastest swim times were a couple of years ago when I was able to get to swim 4 fitness class at our Y. Keep it up!

I am on track with 1 hour and 45 min so far this week and opportunities to swim today and tomorrow.

The Boulder Peak bike course is legendary. It is, literally and named as such, one of the toughest bike legs in the country.
