Subject: RE: April Pick Up-to-4 Challengeowl_girl - 2011-04-29 7:58 PM I'm needing some advice. My computer has been declared dead. It isn't worth it to fix it. It just got old and wore out. I'm thinking of buying a Macbook or Macbook Pro. Does anyone have any experience with Mac? Obviously, I want to get on BT reliably. I also want my Garmin to work. What say you???? I am extremely Pro Mac. I absolutely love my MacBook Pro. It's honestly the best computer I've ever had. Never had any problems with it and even if I did, Apple Care is amazing and fixes your computer really quick. James's video card gave out (the video card had something wrong with it, something Apple and the makers of the video card had admitted this) he sent it in and 4 days later had his computer back with a new video card and they fixed his optical drive which he didnt even know wasn't working properly. Honestly they're easy to use, more reliable than any PC I've ever had, and compatibility with software etc shouldn't be a problem as most companies make a mac version now since Macs have gotten so popular. Just checked Garmin's website and they are compatible with Mac so you shouldn't have a problem there. |
