"ex-urbs" - not city proper, even tho part of the city in terms of geography. The Valley feels like the burbs... Current job or field of work / studies: Brand Marketing Director (hospitality industry) The place you’d most like to visit: Oy too many places to list...Turkey, Greece, Maldives... Favorite books: Hmmm...i can never think of just one. I love Spirit of '76, About a Boy, Stripes Do you cook? What is your favorite to make? Always experimenting with new recipes. Anything vegetarian and often gourmet stuff. If you could change one thing about your home, what would it be? To own my own house. Best thing that ever happened to you: Marrying my hubby and getting our dog (not necessarily in that order! HAHA!!) Last embarrassing thing that happened to you (because it’s been so many years since I’ve played “Truth or Dare” ): tough question. I don't embarass too easily - always the first to laugh at myself. What are you listening to right now? HGTV What was the last thing that you ate? miso broth w buckwheat noodles and a sprinkling of dulse Can you drive a stick shift? yes (although apparently i ride the clutch) If you were a crayon, what color would you be? burnt sienna Last person you spoke to on the phone? the husband Favorite drink: water or for a cocktail either wine (red or white) or Stoli & Cranberry w a splash of OJ What is your favorite sport to watch? What was the last movie you watched? Permanent Midnight was on Showtime and it just ended, so i watched that while I worked. Favorite day of the year? My birthday What do you do to vent anger? i to someone that will listen, other times i stew. What was your favorite toy as a child? Dressy Bessy Which is your favorite season? autumn Favorite fruit? mango and fig When was the last time you cried? i don't remember. at least 6 months ago. Ugh...just getting over a stomach virus, so i sat in bed watching TV and reading. What inspires you? (i stole this from someone else--->) People who overcome adversity and people who find their passion in life. What are you afraid of? an machete wielding maniac in the woods while i am camping or hiking Plain, cheese or spicy veggie burger? cheese is always nice Favorite dog breed? MUTTS! Adopt from a shelter or rescue group!!
