Subject: RE: AB CHALLENGE It seems to me that there is interest, we just need some way to measure our progress and set goals. Anyone know of a way to measure progress other than just straight reps or minutes spent on abdominals? What about wattage or energy expended? I'm just thinking off the top of my head, here. As for tracking, I'd be willing to track progress in a thread very similar to the Weight Loss Challenge. Help me find an "exciting" way to track it! |
