Renee:  I wasn't trying to single you out per se.  Your post just raised some interesting questions for me in a general way.

I think an excellant example of what you're refering to is the Intelligent Design ruling out of Ohio (I think).  Where a W appointed federal judge ruled that teaching ID as science violates the establishment clause.  AN excellant example of judicial independence. A well reasoned and well articulated opinion too.

I think too often people make assumptions about the Court based upon their feelings on the specific ruling. That's what I was trying to convey.  I was asking questions in general.

For the record I share the same view of the Court as you do.  Although our specific opinions on specific Justices are probably 180 degrees opposite.

Guiliani's doomed anyway. He's a lightweight, not fit to lead the US.

All I have to say is if this is the case how in the world is Hillary fit to lead the US.

I don't know what Guiliani's lightweightedness has to do with Hillary Clinton, except to provide an opening for a shot at her.

I think as POTUS, Guiliani will make a great mayor. Let's face it, if it weren't for 9/11, he wouldn't have a hope.

I'm sure 9/11 Rudy Giu911ani appreciates the 9/11 endorsement from 9/11 the 9/11 Christian Coalition.

p.s. Al-Qaeda!

And if Hillary's husband hadn't been president she wouldn't have a chance...or but for the civil war Lincoln would have been an average president; or if Burr hadn't shot Hamilton he would be a great American Historical figure.....

But we have to deal with reality...9/11 happened; Hillary was First Lady; the Civil war occurred; and Burr was a better shot than Hamilton.
