November "Your Choice" TEAM ONE thread (Page 4)

Hey team, sorry for the lack of comm's over the past couple of weeks, I hope I'm still on the team!  I was in the Dominican for 2 weeks and the internet sucked.  I couldn't be bothered with trying to wait for a computer, dial up, get 15 minutes to check e-mail and updated my workouts.  Anyways, I am back and on track.  Hope everyone is healthy and hard at it, I will spend my work day tomorrow going through the thread to see what I've missed.  BTW, here is my shadow, Shelby.  Very intimidating...if you are a stuffed toy that has a squeaker!
