Subject: RE: Podcast... Anyone? Thank you,
1. How along have you been doing this Podcast?
Since April of this year
2. How many listeners do you have? Very good question but unfortunately I do not.
It is a very difficult question to answer, there really is no way to know exactly how many subscribers there are.
3. Do you ever have freelance race correspondents? Yes, absolutely.
The ultimate goal of the show if for the content to be driven by the listeners.
4. Do you have regular sponsers?
Not at the present time.
The world of podcasting is changing rapidly, a lot of organizations are watching and evaluating the medium. I will be talking briefly about this subject on the show this week.
5. This web page has been hinting around at starting a podcast so If you have any tips at starting something like that it would be greatly appreciated.
The first thing I would say is to go for it, it can a bit intimidating in the beginning but in the end it is very rewarding.
Take a look at the articles at www.podcastingnews.com, there is a lot of good information that will help start your podcast. When you write you code for your rss feed remember that iTunes needs special tags to make your feed compatible with iTunes.
Email me anytime at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Again thanks for the link; the best promotion is word-of-mouth.
