Took night off-legs were good.
Event warmup:

I don't warm up too much for 13 mile races.

Fitness was good, started to get blister at mile 4-farted with it til mile 8 where I got medical help (moleskin)
What would you do differently?:

Stupid, Rookie mistake. Ran in shoes that were pretty new and unproven.

Event comments:

After several Robie's under my belt-I'm getting a bit weary of the registration process and 'hype' of the event. Not a scenic course at all. Too many out of shape walker-gabbers that start WAY to far in the front. I like Zeitgeist 1/2 in the fall, better.

never did zeigeist but a pretty good course. Blue circle puts on a race a short bit after robie out towards the dump. I can't remember the town there. I used to live in boise and did robie from 2004-2008 I believe.
