Comments:

1st mile was a 7:15 mile I thought I was going a bit too quick so I slowed up a tad for the 2nd mile. The last mile I paced off a guy who I met at the pre race and finished pretty strong.

I was racing my dad on this race and beat him soundly, so it was a successful run and allowed me to maintain bragging rights. My wife got 3rd in her age group on this run. Yeah for her!
