Anybody know this product?

It seems a revolutionary solution but I wonder why nobody mentioned it to me yet.
I will try to order one and check.
It is not clear in the article if you need ALWAYS to inflate with your own CO2 after the fix with that box.

This product injects compressed propane and sealer into the tire, sealing the puncture AND inflating the tire - it should bring a 700cX23 to a rideable pressure. After using it, you can 'top off' or reinflate your tire in any way you wish - as long as you have Presta valves.

Carry a can of the the stuff with me all the time, used it once and it worked fine. It stopped the leak and inflated the tube for a 700X25 tire well enough to get me home from 15 miles out.

I replaced the tube when I got home beforethe next ride.

I am now just carrying on my bike for Triathlons.

It's fine for fixing very small punctures but I only think it's really good for a race as a quick fix. The problem is that is you use any kind if race wheel with valve extenders, it's impossible to get the foam through the extender and then through the presta valve into the tube or in my case tubular. If the puncture is over a certain size, it won't hold well. I took some with my on IMAZ, flatted but had too large a hole for it to fill and just changed the tire.

Was it a clincher or tubolar? It seems to be great for tubolar and hopefully good enough for clincher too.

I don't know what Presta valve is but I hope it is a normal valve, isn't it?

Presta valves are the valves that have a smal metal screwtop you have to unscrew to release and inflate the tires. THey are about half the diameter of the valve on your car tire.

It was a clincher on a Mavic Open Pro rim. The tube had only a short stem and no extender.
