for the people who know the law:
when i was 15 or 16, i got cited for a MIC (minor in consumption of alcohol), yeah, i know, im a , and i should have been S,B, or R. anyway, now i'm 21 and i was wondering if when an employer does a background check on me, will that come up?

I don't know the particulars in your state but in PA only misdemeanors or above go on your perm. criminal history regardless of the violation. The exception is for theft offenses which use priors to determine grading of current charge.

Just find another 16 year old who doesn't care about getting into trouble and have him hack into the state file and expunge it yourself.
