Charlotte's Finest Duathlon

Depending on the weather,I am planning on it.
It is a nice race with a rolling run and a fairly fast bike course which is closed to traffic.

Tim, Katie, and I did it last year.  Bike's not flat but fast.  Love the closed course and really didn't mind the 3 loops.  The run is tough and more trail than pavement.  When I say trail, I mean over the river and thru the woods not packed dirt.  It's a tough race but I'd recommend it.  I'm considering it as well.

I think I may try it...I'll get my A$$ handed to me............maybe I won't be DFL.

Great Race - Weather held off and the temperature was perfect. The run changed from off road to pavement. Great job to all who entered!
