Any BTers participate in the Santa Speedo Run in Boston this past Saturday. It is a charity run for the Children's Hospital of Boston.

Looks like a great event, but given the weather in MA this past weekend - THAT'S NUTS!!!

A bi warm weather wimp (me) salute to any and all that participated!!

- Tim

I had thought about driving into Boston and running in that charity event. Trouble is, they start and end at a local tavern, and the thought of standing around in a bar with a bunch of strange inebriated men, dressed only in my Speedo was a bit too much for me to handle.

There must be alcohol involved in this event!! I would be worried about "shrinkage".

I don't get what's wrong with you folks!  I have thoroughly enjoyed the photo each time I've viewed it.  I'm not above ogling a few men!  And they don't have to look like Michael Phelps in their speedos for me to enjoy the view! ;-)

No! No! No! I was just going to post that the guy in the center with the white belt looks pretty darn good to me. Please tell me we aren't talking about the same guy. Looks like a fun event; can women run as Mrs Claus or is it a men only thing?

The event did include women runners - they of course wear a women's Speedo. ;-)

i was more surprised by the biggest guy in the pic, with the smallest speedo (all the way to the right)

and from the website, it doesnt look like any women participated, although looks like plenty were spectators (i wonder why..) If it is open to women, i think a topless rule should be implamented... for the sake of not changing the original dress code of the event of course.
