If you are IN you must let me know ASAP. Upon booking the FULL PAYMENT is due so I will need all of your payments within a WEEK! I know this is quick notice but it is the policy of the owner.

I would like to use PAYPAL since the total is $1,000. If we have 10 people, well that is $100 per person. If we have more, then we will figure that out. IF we get our cleaning deposit back I will disperse that back after the race.

I am there, with my wife Kristal 2.

The issue with booking it is that we need to pay the full amount up front. So we need to get money together ASAP. Anybody have any ideas of how we can gather the money and people list super fast?

A check by snail mail? Would get there by Tues, if i send tomorrow.

How to gather $$$?

A bike ride on Sunday meet up to pay could work....

or a ROCK BAND party always works to gather the crew to give money, eat and drink and get some awesome ESCKTC photos!

Cora - All nice ideas but there is no way in hell I am biking Sunday after tomorrows race and by the time we could plan a party where all the people involved could actually make it...well we'll lose the house.

HOWEVER we still do not have a confirmed list of people. I will send out PM's to those who have not confirmed so I can get an amount, if people want to help in spreading the word to our members that have expressed interest that will be a great help (although there is a point to where we will no longer be able to accomodate) BUT we can always book a second smaller house nearby.

NOTE
It looks as if we are going OVER the 10 person limit. If this is the case some people will not have bedrooms. IF you are NOT okay with this speak up. We will need to figure out those who feel they MUST have a bedroom and those who are okay sleeping out in the open. IF you decide you are okay with this beware that there will be people up VERY early or VERY late some nights. For this reason I propose those people pay a slightly reduced rate. If we find we do not have many volunteers then we will have to book a second ESCKTC house. If you are coming as a single and require a bedroom you will be sharing with one other person...find someone you like!

Great job Jen!  The 3rd night would be nice - let us pack at our own pace and those that wanted to stay over, could.  Yeah, I'm in for this.
