Hi all!

Im Candice. Last year i wanted to get into running - but hurt my shin so did more cycling and swimming. This kinda got cut off when i got a really long hour job! Now new job, new year and im training for a tri - my leg is still dodgy so im planning on doing it mid 2006 so im doing the beginners plan to running and that should give me enough time to build up my leg.

Im doing this to get fit and also lose another 26lbs (already lost 50lbs!)

NE tips advice anything would be fantastic!!

My plan at the moment is

Mon - Swim
Tues - bike to work (7 miles there)
Wed - Swim (restful swim but wakes me up! - and i love it)
Thurs - Bike to work
Fri - Swim
Saturday - long bike ride

im also planning on doing free weights and situps on some of these days!

The walking/ running part on my program is at the moment walking the dog - add this in gradually - and as im only meant to be walking at the moment this fits in well!

Any advice on this (at the moment the swim is only 1/2 mile at my own pace - which will grad increase to a mile and then ill work on speed!)

Hope you are all well!

Candice
