So in the spirit of there is no dumb question......

So there is gatorade and water on the course, Kansas 70.3

I presume that the gatorade doesn't have the tamper seal on it and I can just grab and go?

The water, is this in a screw top or no top or what?

Typically, Gatorade is handed up in "Edge" bottles that (hopefully) have the seal removed.  Water in bike bottles.  Toss your empty, pick up a new one, and go.

No idea about Kansas, but water may or may not be in bike bottles.  I've done NAS events where it was in the green gatorade bottle, and NAS events where it's in a plain old store bought twist cap water bottle.

Just did 70.3 FLA two weeks ago, gatorade and water both in sport bottles, very easy.

Could you be a little more descriptive...Goofy screw top? As in twist off cap?

Pretty sure it's the E.D.G.E. bottle--Ergonomically Designed Gatorade Experience (yes, really).
