saling - we are ALWAYS talking about you.  ALL the time.  I thought you knew that already.

Last: 231
This: 232

So... not unsurprised as 231 was a random number which I haven't seen close to again.  Still on the way down though.

Interestingly, the BF% on my scale has read 37% for the last 30 pounds - so have no idea if it's accurate, or wigging out due to the fact there's too much of me to deal with.

However, 37% at 285 felt and looked a lot worse than 37% at 235 so I'll take it.  I just think it's weird.

i dont trust the bf scale much. mine jumps all over the place at times. one day it read 235#s and 20% bf the next day same weight 28% bf. now im 30# lighter and 21% today last week was like 25%. i trust the tape measure on my belly the most.

Thanx, though earlier this wk (like 2-3 days ago) I was down to 185.4 so.... I'm just glad I'm back to sub 190 and have stayed there for at least 2 wks now...

You said that your territory keeps you within the city limits of Wyoming..., what business are you in???

My accountability for yesterday

Snack: 1.5 handfuls of almonds, half glass of kool-aid (((sugar, sugar, sugar)))
Breakfast: 1/4 cup protein plus cereal, 1/2 cup 2% milk
Snack: Orange, Water (20 oz.)
Lunch: Salad, 20 oz water, 3 hardboiled eggs
snack: 3 more hardboiled eggs
Dinner: Protein Shake, banana, handful of almonds. More water.

Just ate my morning snack before my workout (Thurs, 1:30 am) 8 oz of spaghetti with a sprite. Planning on another protein shake by 4:30 or 5 am this is, of course, after Back & Biceps and run. I'll probably hit the showers, pass out for a little while, get up--> have a bowl of cereal, water the flowers, have another handful of almonds and down a considerable amount of water for the day. I'm not sure about dinner yet, though that pizza I've been turning down sounds tasty (I don't know, maybe it's the sound of my arteries clogging that's appealing!) So, somebody stop me before 5 pm (inspire me with some healthy ideas!!!) After dinner, I'm going to try not to passout (nap), and end up with another snack (greek yogurt with strawberries).

I run a distribution business of snack cakes (Little Debbies) perfect for trying to lose weight when I have access to 200,000 calories a day.

so you had one bad day. Suck it up and move on. We all fall but the question is do we get back up or continue down that path of destruction. We know you can get right back on track!!!

( easy for me to say all this, as I have been down that path all year and have not been too sucessful Frown

Looks like I should be able to hit this goal by the end of the month.  I was shocked to see it still coming off after all I have done or not done lately.

I would be in some serious trouble if I had access to Lil Debbie's all day.  Well after a month or so I would probably be okay, but at first....WOWSA!!

i146Q:  Just think that you only have to work out for about 2.5 hours to work off a slice of pizza.  Heck have 4 thats only a 10 mile run (actually about 11, but who's counting).

Good point Comet she didn't say "old".

Caddreamer:  Now I know why my ears are always red.  I just thought it was sunburn.

Yesterday accountability actually sucks

2 cinnamon raisin bagels between 4am and 2pm

2 chicken enchiladas -chicken, tortilla and red sauce, oops and about an ounce of cheese.

Total cals:  about 1000

"No matter how old I get, the race remains one of life's most rewarding experiences. My times become slower and slower, but the experience of the race is unchanged: each race a drama, each race a challenge, each race stretching me in one way or another, and each race telling me more about myself and others."

I need strength...today is my boss's birthday...first thing this morning is a breakfast party for him...then later today my team is taking him out to pizza...I am not going to give in.  Pizza is one of my trigger foods...when I start eating it...I gorge...I can't stop.
