So I probably shouldn't do a 2 1/2 hour ride Saturday morning before I drive to Green Bay then right?? It's only zone 1-2, and it's not my 'A' race, which is why I'm askin'. A 2 1/2 hour ride usually doesn't take much outa me.

Friday I have a 1 hour high rpm spin, I'm sure this is ok to do!?
