which trail are you looking at?

most of them are.

rock creek is but is pretty rough and narrow at points, not ideal if you are using a road bike although the brave ride on the road

I'm trying to put together a once per week commute to work, have the next day be running, and then the following day ride home from work (I take the train normally).  I have a feeling I'm going to be driving this route one of these days to look at the road conditions and rush hour traffic.  I'm about 15 minutes from the BWI loop.
