No weigh in last week as I was away with work. I'll be back posting a weight after Thursday.

I'm away for work this week so I can't post my weight until Friday or Saturday. Hopefully my runs up all these hills in Quebec will help with my weight loss.

162!?!?!!? I'm going backwards here. Yes, I admit that I have been kind of pigging out a bit, a reward for finishing my first race last weekend, and that my workout volume's been off to taper for the race, but I dont need this. Oh well, here's lookin to next week already....

Sorry I've been MIA...we've been moving this week and now my scale (and a lot of other stuff) is also MIA! I'll be back next week though.

Have a great weekend!

Glad to see I'm not the only one 'slacking' in the report department.

My official 1st Triathlon weight is 154.

I hope to survive and be back to fight the weight battle with full force this winter - I want to be lean and mean for a full racing season next year!

Keep up the challenge, we are all better for it!

I've been a bit AWOL of late as I'm busy with work and lots more besides. I've gained 1/2lb over all in the past three weeks but feel back in control more now so fingers crossed for the weigh in on Thursday.

The last 2 weeks have been hard for me. I lost tons of weight after my half ironman tri, close to 10 pounds. My parents were down for it, so I have to say that I ate like a king for the week they were here. I was too sore to do any actual training, but was lucky enough to keep walking around. So my 'recovery' week was fairly hard on my body. Needless to say I gained my weight back, but I am getting back into my 'structured' training again, starting with my 20 minute jog yesterday (I could almost hear my legs yelling that they hated me). I will be in the gym more so, but that has always been good to me. I will keep up the training, and try to get my weight down.

Well I seem to be hanging around the 132-133 weight range. I have my Oly coming up in less than 2 weeks and I'm hoping like heck I can be down to 130 by then. Keep up the great work everyone!

Well, Sept 10 and I am 161.4 still. No change from last week. Training volume's dropped a bit, since weekends are getting real busy with my kids and their soccer teams, etc. Also not ready to commute on bike in these 50degree mornings, yet.....

I think I am only like 3 pounds down for the challenge this far. I also have floated between 161 and 164 for about 3 months now---I think this is my weight. As long as I can maintain within this range, I am pretty OK with things. Would like to loose what remains of the belly, but that may just not happen w/o a radical change in diet. Dont know if I am ready for that.

Anyway, heres to everyone that's still in this thing and no matter the results here, its all good as long as you keep trying and moving forward, right?

I too have flailed around since mid August. I put it down to the new job and additional stress and now have 3 months to get to target so I'm still gonna try!

Well I packed on a pound this week. I'm not too disappointed because I kicked butt at my first Oly on Sunday. I'm pumped out now and will hopefully start getting smarter about my nutrition and not just my training.

I'm not sure what happened with me but after staying the same weight forever - I joined this contest and am now going in the wrong direction!!  If I can make it back to my starting point by the end of this I will be very happy ha ha

Hope everyone else is doing better than me!!!
