Subject: "Error- this page can not be displayed" message while uploading video

I was trying to upload a video to my profile, but after waiting about 5 minutes for the computer to put the video on to my profile, I got directed to a page called "Error: This page can not be displayed". Also, my video did not sucessfully upload on to this site.

My video was the correct file format (mpg) and was also only about 3 minutes long. Do you know what else could be causing this error message to occur? How I can fix it and get my profile video to upload sucessfully?
