Subject: bike repair stand

I need a stand so when I work on the bike it's not such a hassle. I would like the cheapest good one I can find. Any suggestions?

I literally just sent my cycling buddy a couple of links.

 Performance has a decent one for $100

Nashbar has one for $49, but it looks like it holds the bike in a strange spot.

BTW - I build a portable Kayak stand w/ PVC and it works great.  Bike stand is next
