That last challenge was just the thing to get my (ample!)butt in gear and keep me motivated.  I was able to just beat my goal and lost 10 lbs in the process.  That being the case, I se eno reason why I should belly up the bar for this one too.  I start my general surgery rotation in 2 weeks so I will haev to be a little bit conservative, but I'm definitely on!

August Goals:
Swim - 9400 m
Bike - 250 miles
Run - 10 miles (I'm a really poor runner!)
Weight loss - 5 lbs

Since this challenge has grown since I first signed up for running, I added swimming and biking as well. I'll be running 100 miles, swimming 15000 yards and biking 150 miles. No weight loss goal, but if I lose weight it would be an added bonus!

I would like to play too! I'll post my goals when my Coach gives me my schedule so it will prob be later today or tomorrow.

Loved the Tour DeFrance challenge, now I have to get the other stuff in gear.

I'm in! I am planning:

70 miles running
10000 yards swimming and
100 miles biking.

Hopefully, I will greatly exceed that, but I have several races, which tend to take away my long runs on the weekends.

This is my first post (I guess I should post in intros, too), but this challenge is exactly what I need.  I have 2 sprints in August and an oly (my first) in September.  I'm going to look at my training schedule to see what my goals will be!!

Alright, I am joining in for running and weightloss. I also took a minute to tweak the spreadsheet and now it will only calculate percentages for the events you entered goals for and your overall percentage will only be for those goals. I'm looking forward to this.

I finally officially on the spreadsheet - goals for the month are:
55 miles running
16000 yds swimming
18 hrs biking

Now...I'm going to go start looking for my swim mojo, which disappeared this month.  Got to get in the pool in August.  I definitely don't want Dee coming after me with the cattle prod.

Okay, I'm in, recorded, and ready to start counting. I'm doing sessions/days, not mileage, because this is the first challenge I've done, and I honestly have no idea how many miles I'll get in. Hoping to refine for September. Right now the goal is to get back into the habit after a rocky summer.
