Hello from Georgia

My name is Mike and I an addicted to triathlons.  There, I said it!  I have done 2 sprint's and have truly been bitten by the bug.  My cycliing and running are on (been doing both for many years) swimming is another story.  I really need help and traing.  I am losing 6 + minutes on the swim!  I freak out in the water and  end up side-stroking most of the way.  That said, I look forward to getting some usable advise from this site.
