Is there a list of descriptions for the strength training exercises? Some of them, I just don't understand what the choice is. For instance, I see a lot of things with FB after them - I assume that means full body? I have a choice in pushups between Pushups (FB) and Pushups Hindu. Are the Hindu ones "girlie-style"? If not, what does Hindu mean (in this context), and how do I log the chick-style ones?

'FB' stands for Fit Ball.

I don't think the 'Hindu Pushup' is the one you want to log.   It's a lot tougher than a normal one.

You can really just log the regular 'pushup' - the way you make it easier if you are getting started is to put your knees on the ground.

Wow, no joke that's harder! Whoa! Thanks for the heads up. For some reason, it never occurred to me that I could just Google/YouTube it, and I am on Google constantly.

Thanks, Ron!

My PE teacher in High School called those a "Saturday Night".
