Is there anywhere you can get this without buying the book. I know you can get 13wk to 13 hour on triathletes mag. website? I appreciate the help.

Assuming you're talking about Gale Bernhardt's plan, I don't know of anyplace you can get the plan for free, but I see you can get the whole book at Amazon for $11.53.  IMHO, a worthwhile investment.

It's definitely worth investing on, specially because of all the codes and specifications of each workout. Considering how much IM training and racing costs and the overall importance of proper training, it is definitely money well spent.

I bought the book and I am following the 27 wk 1/2 ironman plan. I am at wk 11 right now and really like the plan. Some have told me to take one day totally off but in the plan has 2 lifting days at the beginning of the plan. I don't feel tired or overtrained. I had a few days which I did (probably because of my real job) so I just took off. I would really recommend the investment in the book.

Good for the beginner, I have 1 sprint du under my belt last October, started swimming in September, then registered for a sprint in May, Columbia Olympic in May , Eagleman June. I know I'm crazy but aren't we all.

Good Luck!
