Has anyone rode and ran the courses with a gps?

What are the climbing amounts on the bike and run?

The website says 900 something on the bike and 300 something ft of climbing on the run. I hope but can't imagine this is accurate.

Just comparing my rides to race day.

See you all in Texas!

Tomorrow morning I'm training on the course. I'm going to do a short OWS, ride the full bike course, and run on some of the run course, but check out as much of it as I can.  I ride with a Garmin, so I will know the answer to your questions.  I will post some of thoughts/observations about it in the official "race" thread in the TX forum tomorrow evening when I'm home...so keep your eyes out for it!

Somebody made a spreadsheet with the elevation changes a few months ago.

Total climbing on the bike (56 miles) is 2248' elevation. Small rollers here and there, some long sections of false flat, only a couple of hills of any substance, but it adds up.
