Subject: RE: training plan timing??? well to answer you quickly..... i would say: Get a good focus on all the things you need to train while training. Speedwork in all 3, some strength training, some endurance training. Remember to focus on nutrition. I would sugget just keeping on it untill january, then decide then if you are better off to follow a plan, or your instinct..... Always train hard, and go harder then you think you have to. Always do that extra interval, or KM. When i train i set goals daily, or every couple of days..... i have a hard time keeping confidence on a real plan, or anything like that....but you have your own opinion. Do what you feel will work for you. Focus on what you have to get done in the race itself, and go from there. |
