Wednesday Night TTL Run - East Side Cool style! (Page 2)

I will be walking along the lake while y'all are running, so I'm sure I'll see everyone including the latecomers.  And I can't wait for BEER!

My feet are killing me right now!  I'm soaking in ice water as I type.....

Decent showing last night but I expect more people running next wed night.

Running is SO overrated.  I had a GREAT time!

Minus my little coughing fit....

Did someone mention a coughing fit?  Maybe the brothers Grimm just farted and she was too nice to say anything.

It is likely that one of the grim let some gas seep out.  I do want to make a point that by the time this coughing fit started, I was gone!!  So if a "grim" discovery was made of excess body gasses, it was not this brother grim.  It was likely Cody, just a guess.

At least I didn't try to lick the stoutamasu....

Well you can run again, or at least come support the run.  And bring coupons for some MGD64.  Now that the election coverage is over I can get back to to drinking.  (and training). But the coupons will help with the drinking aspects of it all.   

I will be running at 5:30pm.  Be there or be square!

I guess that with the kicking to the curb that Tanya gave me - I may actually start at 5:00 pm.  However my plan is to do one or two IMAZ loops( either 8.7 or 17.4) which brings me by the transition area every 3.5 to 5.25 miles (wierd loop the IMAZ gig is!) 

There-fore after the first 3.5 I should be hitting the parking lot close to the 5:30 start for those ready on time and after the 5.25 continuation the 6:15/6:30 types could be graced with my appearance if intrested in a slow paced run.

Does anyone know what the distance on the out and back loop of SOMA was?  I am refering to the out and back that went from Rural bridge to the 202 and back.  I want to make sure my distance is accurate.  It just seems like my log looks to be a faster pace than what I usually run.

Thanks Jot.  I will use that data.  That will put me at a 5.3 mile run rather than my estimated 5.5.  I was close though!
