Subject: RE: having foot trouble, need suggestions Take action with your injury, don't just stay off it and try and go at it again in a week. If you "all the sudden" noticed the pain it may not be PF. PF seems to start out as a bit of a soreness and the reason it gets bad is that you can run through it and then turns into a major pain. I'd go see a specialist who works with athletes. Foot injuries are nothing to take lightly and you will be happy you took action early. If you would happen to need some sort of immobilization in the form of a cast/boot, waiting a few weeks to find out will only delay the process. Get help from a professional and that is probably the only advice you should take from what I've just wrote. Once you find out what is wrong, maybe you can rely on others who've gone through the same process for recovery tips. |
