I'm going to be down in Lake Worth for the Christmas break and was wondering if there is any Rails to trails or paths to be able to go out for a ride.

Yup. Ask someone how to get to A1A, that is the HUGE stretch of road aalong the ocean line.
I ride it as my weekend ride down in delray and its an awesome ride, and long so you can train for as far as you want.

Read this too late, but feel free to drop me a meesage if you want a partner. That is in my backyard and ride there on A1A quite a bit. I have a few distances marked off for 27 miles or 56. Early mornings are great, unless wind is not cooporating.
