Subject: Creatine I noticesd on the supplement thread that no one mentioned creatine. I used to use it while doing athletics, but then I was training for throws (short duration, high strength events), but as I understood it it should be beneficial for anyone doing large volumes of training, as it assists with ATP breakdown to release energy. Does any one doing Tri use it - or is it banned now ? (It's several years since I was training athletics, and there were rumours at the time of it getting put on the banned list) |
