Cleaned house over the holidays and purging some extra gear. All prices include shipping to continental US:

Polar RS200sd Heart Rate Monitor. Bought in June of 2008, then got a Garmin 405 in August. Like new condition with complete package, manuals, watch, HRM strap, and foot pod. Only obvious sign of wear is the logo on the strap is wearing off. Tracks speed and distance with S1 footpod. Retails for $249, but you can buy on sale for about $180...yours for $125 shipped.

4 Profile Design Aero Drink Aerobottles, older style without lid. Includes bottles, yellow sponge, straw and straw extender, but no bracket or rubber bands. Used, scuffs on the outside and some discolorations, but perfectly functional. $10 each includes shipping.

Women's Small Novara Headwind Gloves from REI, lightweight cycling gloves. Used a few times before I got a bigger size that fit better. Retail for $32, yours for $15 shipped.

Size Large Pearl Izumi Amfib Shoe Covers. Bought last year on Ebay NWT, these are the Fall 05 model. Used once, then got mediums that fit better. From the PI website, these fit euro sizes 42-44 and new ones retail for $50. Yours for $20 shipped.

Just curious why the change from the 200 to the GArmin 405? I am looking at both plus the 400sd and can't decide. Maybe you can shed some light on why you made your decision.

I actually picked up the Garmin at an REI Garage Sale for a smokin' deal, but had to promise my husband that the Polar would be put up for sale to offset the cost. The Garmin gives me info for running and bike rides including pace, routes, climbing, etc. (oh yeah, and fancy graphs!), the Polar can give pacing info. for running only (not cycling).

The only downside to the Garmin is that I can't use it while swimming, but I don't need my HR for that anyway, so I just wear a regular watch. With the Polar, I was able to use it for all 3 sports and it was easier to race with.

Have you used the 405 much yet? I read some reviews that stated that when it gets wet from sweat or if running in the rain, it doesn't work so well.

I am interested in your feedback. I have always owned Polar's and my S410 is dying, so I am looking at the rs200 and 400. However, money is a factor and I know the 405 is kinda pricey.
