Comments: I needed to have put in a faster swim time. I passed and needed to pass way too many people. Transition 1

Comments: Needed lots more hydration. I was starting to feel it toward the end of the bike. Transition 2
Comments: Was really hurting by now. My calves felt like they were in knots. What would you do differently?: hyrdrate and fuel better Run
Comments: I needed to have drank more throughout the race. Legs started cramping BAD about mile 1. After the aid water station things got a little better. What would you do differently?: Drink more, and avoid the allegra the morning of any race. Post race
