Size 54. 

Owned less than a year and is a great ride but is too small for me.  I have put less than 300 miles on it this past year.  Relatively new tires.  Here are the components:

How tall r u? in seam? I know someone who is looking for her first bike for her first triathlon. I don't know if she can do $600 though but hey if the size is right it may be worth letting her know.

I am 6' with a 32" inseam....my bike fit guy said this one was way too small for me and my frame.  Going to a size 58 Cervelo next.
