How I got started:
I was getting back into running when I suffered a foot injury. So I started riding bikes while my foot healed then it hit me! I should do triathlons. So here I am. I am not a strong swimmer but am a very strong willed person. I kind of like long slow workouts, it gives me a chance to clear my head.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am entered in the Loveland Lake to Lake and plan on doing many others. I just wanted to sign up and pay money so I had to commit. If anyone in Denver area wants to ride, run, or swim together let me know!

Adam

Adam,Hey there back at you from Colorado. I'm in Colorado Springs, I'm definitely looking for an open water swim partner. (You're not supposed to swim by yourself in open water)! But could also use a riding and running partner as well. I'm doing the Danskin in July! Glad you're on board and good luck. Ovetta.

welcome to the team Adam! this is a great place for mitivation and kind words. as far as the swim goes, just hang in there and pick up the Total Immersion book. i have just 2 swim workouts under my belt and have improved alot with the techniques in that book. my 2 pennies. Jack.
