Just browsing for motivation and came across the site, wow! pretty cool.
It's been about 4 years since I last raced and I'm getting the bug again.
I guess that IM fever just never goes away. And I'm looking forward to 5 am swims
and 5 hr rides, am I really that sick?

Welcome to the site.  It is great motivation, you can find lots of people who will help you out. 

As for the sick of 5am swims - no one here will be commenting on that!  Normal is a state of mind.
