1) You're doing 3x the laundry you were doing 3 months ago, but not using any more fabric softener than before.
2) Phrases like "2 hour bike ride" and "recovery week" are used in the same sentence regularly.
3) Your pets start getting clingy because they never see you anymore.
4) Your s/o starts getting clingy because they never see you anymore.
5) The bike rack assumes its role as the car's de facto spoiler.
6) The 1" wide tan line around your torso re-emerges & sees the sun, just like Punxsutawney Phil.
7) You consider calculating the calories burned while sleeping by wearing your Garmin.
8) You tell your friends this and they don't even blink because they've been thinking about doing it too.
9) You carry enough electrolyte pills on you at any given time that the DEA has an agent assigned to watch you.
10) You make lists about tri season on a website instead of working, and that doesn't strike you as a waste of time.

After being lazy all winter you finally shaved your legs -> you also had your 1st swim with shaved legs and it felt sooooo nice it made you wonder why you were so lazy to do so earlier

For me = It's time to go bike shopping...mainly b/c I'm still looking for something other than a mtn bike.

But still, bike/accessory shopping has to be a sign tri season is here.

DING DING DING.  You would think they my Y pool has be designated the fountain of youth!

Also the number of bikes with aerobars on the road in the evening has quadrupled since the time change.

Packing a lunch turns into packing AM post workout recovery food, morning snack, lunch 1, lunch 2, pre workout food and PM post workout recovery food.

You're neighbors think you've been away on business because you're never home.

Your permanent response to people riding in your car:

"Sorry, I've got all of my tri stuff in there."

 "But you have an SUV..."

 "Yes, I know."

Your non-tri friends stop inviting you to stuff because they know you won't stay out late and get loaded because you've got to get up early. Or they start inviting you to MORE stuff because they are guaranteed to have a DD.

Similarly, your non-tri friends also expect you to be out of town nearly every weekend, and they know not to ask "so what are you doing/what did you do this weekend" because they already know the answer.

when you are not S/B/R -ing   you are wishing you were,, or wondering how to make up some extra time for workouts

I push the shopping cart like I"m in aero bars.

Your body says swim/bike/run from head to toe:
1. Chaffed spot on neck from first OWS of the year (check!)
2. Road rash on forearm from little crash (check!)
3. Buying extra bags of frozen veggies to use as ice packs for calf strains and the such (check!)

Yep, that's me, S/B/R in order from head to toe--last week was a little rough!

I do that too, but mainly because I'm tired from all the working out.

I start to feel bad because my training log is empty on days designated as "Rest"

I start praying the rain will stop, just for a little bit (I live in Seattle because I actually LIKE the rain and have for the past 6 years)

You find your evenings are spent going over the old RR on BT for upcoming races you are scheduled for or might do or might go to or might look at or that just plain have cool RR (Like IMCDA) just so you feel even more " prepared"

I start looking at my savings and thinking...soon it will all be gone when I get that Wetsuit, tri top, tri shorts, race belt, etc etc etc...for my first season

I spend more time planning my week's training than my week's work.

Even my 4 year old knows that Saturday mornings are mom's long run/long ride.  And he will nonchalantly ask me how they go, like this is a normal conversation to have.
