Subject: Hello from Germany
Hello, my name is Gunnar and I live in Germany. I have finished 2 Ironman races.
In this Forum I hope of getting some motivation to go on training and perhaps also a few tips to improve my training and thereby also my racing times.

I am very excited to see where this forum brings me!
