Subject: Here comes the PAIN - IM Japan

Since the other two BT'ers doing IM Japan are not talking i'll just start my own thread.  Had my first 100 miler of this training program and it is way different than the century rides back in Florida.  Tiny roads, tough climbs, some killer wind, but what a beautiful ride.  May is the month of pain with 2 weekends with - 100+ mile rides, one with a 5000yd swim, and one with both.  sweeet.

How is your training going?
