I started this morning trying to rework some things.  It went ok.  I think when I focused on lengthening my stroke (especially in the rear) ... I did less of a catchup (maybe because it kept my arm more occupied doing more of a "full" pull).  I also spent some time focusing on keeping a high elbow and not crossing underneath ... I could tell I was using my lats more.

Well, thanks everyone!  I'll report back in about 2 months...
