i'm a 18,  5'7", 125 male, and i constantly feel tired during the day and training sessions, i usually train everyday. The fatigue is both mental and physical (Legs), i always stretch post and pre, yet cant avoid the fatigue. I dont drink too much caffeine. What could it be? malnutrition? anemia? overtraining?

How much do you eat, and when and what specifically (ie, if you eat nothing but junk, you'll probably feel like crap). How much do you train in a day, what are those sessions like and what is your base in those sports (ie, are you jumping into hard-core workouts in something you don't have any background in)? How much sleep do you get?

If you provided some more information, it might be helpful for people to better answer your question.

I eat a good amount, espcially for breakfast, i usually get 7-9 hrs of sleep. My swim session is usually 35-40, run 40-1.10, and bike can range from 12 to 50 miles, at 18.5 mph

It could be lots of things.  How much are you training?  How long have you been training?  How much do you eat?  What do you eat?  When do you eat?  What else do you do every day?  Get enough sleep?  etc...

You'd need a lot more info to get any reasonable guess.  Why not take a day or two off and see how you feel?  If you begin to feel better, then it is at least probably something related to training & recovery.

First, start keeping a detailed record of eating, training, sleep, and other activities. That'll help you see where you energy is going and coming from. Next, agree with ^^^, take a couple days off and see what happens. If you still have fatigue, get thee to thine doctor (and take your record with you). Fatigue is related to a lot of health problem and is often the first sign to show up. Vitamin deficiency, anemia, all sorts of stuff, and stuff I won't even name so as not to scare you. I'm no doctor, but I did a lot of reading when I went through some major fatigue episodes. But first, rule out the easy stuff - calories in versus calories out, and taking adequate rest days.

Start tracking your eating and training. at 5'7 and 125, you don't have a lot of margin for error in the nutrition department.

eat more.  track your calories for a few weeks; I'm guessing you'll only consuming 1200-1800kcals daily.

I agree with Tkd, a male at 5'7" weighing 125lbs is quite light.  You need to start a food log.  Log everything that goes in your mouth.  I think you will be surprised at the amount of calorie intake you need to maintain your level of training without losing weight or feeling how you feel.

I would emphasize everything that's already been said about nutrition - at your size, you need a ton of calories because you clearly have a high metabolism, especially for a guy (which makes sense at your age).  However, if this is new and hasn't always been this way (i.e. you trained for 4 months and were fine, and now all of a sudden you're crazy fatigued), there's always the potential for a virus or something similar.  Never a bad idea to check with your family doctor and make sure it isn't something else.  If it is a virus or a cold or something, just take a few days off and you'll probably be set.  Keep training, and the fatigue will just hang around.  But, as everyone else has said, it's likely your nutrition.  Also, again especially at your age, SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP!  You should be getting 9-10 hours of sleep at your age even if you AREN'T an endurance athlete - and you ARE so it's extra important for you.  Late nights that didn't make a difference before you started training will definitely make a difference now.

Also, just an off the cuff question, have you had a growth spurt lately?
