Tri Newby

Hello everyone,

My name is Ray, I'm 33 years old and living in sunny Suffolk, UK. Up until recently I have been a
dedicated bodybuilder but have taken my health into consideration and have decided I need to get back to my "old" fit self. I'm currently weighing a solid 16 stone and therefore am primarily concenttrating on getting some of the bulk off and raising my fitness levels. I've done loads of long distance running (I was in the armed forces for 9 years), I'm a very strong swimmer and not too bad on the old bike either so giving a "tri" a bash was the obvious choice !
