I am a huge fan of the fun jerseys and am personally saving up for the Otter Pops http://www.teamestrogen.com/products.asp?pID=13616 Yes juvenile but I ate so many growing up...thought I should pay homage to my youth. I wish there were as many novelty jersies for girls are there are guys. Not to hijack the threat but if anyone comes across the black and red biker chic jersey by precaryous...I have been looking everyone for it. It says biker chick on the front and on the back says "Caution: Known to ruffle a few feathers." I'm look for the short sleeve. |

It may make the riders behind you a bit dizzy -- particularly if they're hot and under-hydrated -- but that could certainly be an advantage. Just laying that out with your gear the night before race day should get you jazzed! That being said, it is always fun to see people in fun, humourous jerseys. A cyclist friend of mine has one that says "Old Fat Guy" or something like that. Those are always an encouraging reminder that we're all human - just to be happy we're out there, and not get too caught up in competition. |

My BF's favorite jersey says "Old guys who get FAT in winter." He gets tons of comments on it whenever he wears it. Mostly like, "you're too young/skinny". I like it because it's so unique and easy to spot amongst the zillions of grey and navy Zoot tops. Personally, I don't own a jersey. Yet.
