Subject: Hit my 10k goal!
Ran a 10k race this morning.  Despite the 20mph winds at the ocean front I still managed to hit my goal of going sub-38min (37:44).  The first mile was fast since we were running together and trying to establish position but then it settled in and the front runners slowly pulled away over the next couple miles.  I ran alone for most of the race aside from when I got passed by a girl around mile 2.5...turns out she ran the marathon in Athens last year so it's all good   Check my race report for details.  Now it's time to get back in the pool!!!

Great Job man! That is a nice pace...I've never kept up pace that good for more than a couple of miles! I am working on it though. Congrats on a great race. You deserve some Ice Cream for that!
