Subject: garmin forerunner 310xt charging problems
Has anyone who owns a forerunner 310xt experience any charging problems.  I have just purchased my watch and I notice that when I charge it, it beeps on and off and vibrates as if its turning back on and off.  Also with supposedly a 20 percent charge on the watch when charging I cant seem to turn it back on as if the watch is completely battery drained.  Am I supposed to update my watch with software from the garmin website via updates to solve this issue? I hope to think I spent this much money on a lemon, any suggestions anyone?

had the same issue and basically you will need to reset the watch.  not a big deal other than you lose all your settings and data (big deal if you have a bunch of stuff in there)
